Ticket Policies
ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON TICKETS
Tickets are a revocable license to attend the event listed on the front of the ticket and are subject to the full terms found at: www.HighlanderAuditorium.com Such license may be revoked without refund for noncompliance with terms.
Ticket holder assumes all risks, hazards, and dangers occurring before, during or after event, including injury by any cause, death, or arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness (including exposure to COVID-19, bacteria, virus, or other pathogens capable of causing a communicable disease or illness), however caused or contracted, and hereby waives all claims and potential claims against, the venue, management, producers, participants, Upland Unified School District, and their respective representatives, affiliates, agents, and personnel.
The Highlander Auditorium is an Upland Unified School District facility.
Doors typically open 30 minutes prior to the event’s start.
Unless the event is Reserved Seating, seating is on a first come first serve basis.
All guests and audience members in the seating area regardless of age must have a seat and ticket. This includes children and infants. This also includes staff, instructors, and volunteers.
When applicable, a valid ID is required at the door for all staff and student discounted tickets.
As a courtesy to both patrons and performers, please turn off all electronic devices during performances.
Theatrical smoke and special lighting effects are often used in presentations.
Out of respect to the performers and other audience members, latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the house manager or staff at an appropriate pause in the program.
Food and drink are not allowed in the auditorium and lobby.
5% plus $0.75 per ticket is added for credit card processing and service fees.
Highlander Auditorium is owned and operated by the Upland Unified School District. As a venue, we will follow state and county guidelines and implement only those protocols which are required. At this current time, masks are recommended but not required for indoor events. Please do not attend a performance if you are ill or subject to any health orders asking that you quarantine or isolate.
Due to the nature of live theater, programs, performers, dates, and times are subject to change. Upland Unified School District and Highlander Auditorium reserves the right to cancel or reschedule offerings at their sole discretion. No refund applies if a performance is rescheduled. In the event that an event is canceled and is not rescheduled, you may receive a refund of your ticket price.
